Thusmaa supplies Spunbond non-woven fabric in master rolls up to 3,200 mm width and custom precision-slit coils down to 50 mm. Rolls are wound on 76 mm (3-inch) or 152 mm (6-inch) heavy-duty thick-walled paper cores with electronic tension control to prevent telescoping or wrinkling, then encapsulated in multi-layer LDPE moisture-proof stretch wrap with edge protective discs.
Converter-Ready Roll Geometry
Proper roll winding is as essential as fabric chemistry. Poor roll tension leads to telescoping, wrinkles, and machine jamming on high-speed unwinding lines.
Master Jumbo Rolls
